Prices are calculated from active for-sale listings on Housiko. We compute the average and median price per square metre for each location, along with the dominant property type and construction method. Month-over-month changes show how the market is moving in each city.
Based on active listings across Hungary, the average asking price is currently 1 029 402 Ft/m² (updated July 2026).
The Housiko Price Index is updated monthly from active for-sale listings across Hungarian cities and Budapest's 23 districts.
