The gravel layer runs up to 50 cm thick next to the foundation and vertically along the full height of the pool, cistern, and basement walls, extending to the surface, preventing precipitation from reaching the concrete structure. The outer sides of the concrete structures have received a two-layer, paintable, bituminous waterproof insulation, onto which an additional 10 cm thick XPS thermal insulation has been applied (including on the pool). The walls and pillars consist of 38 Porotherm, improved thermal insulator 'smart brick' for the external walls on the ground and upper floors. The masonry contains a total of 18 pieces of 40x40 reinforced concrete columns per floor (made of polymer fiber-reinforced C35 concrete). Thus, the brick walls do not serve a load-bearing function. The internal partition walls have not yet been constructed, so they can still be varied as needed. The ceilings consist of a 25 cm thick, polymer fiber-reinforced, waterproof C35 reinforced concrete ceiling above the basement, ground floor, and upper floor (all according to reinforcement plans prepared by the structural engineer). The reinforcements have been documented with images. Ventilation system pipes and outlets have been placed in all three ceilings. The ground floor and upper floor ceilings include piping for ceiling cooling-heating systems and protective tubes for ceiling lighting. The fence and retaining walls balance the plot's slope (approx. 3.5 m) with a three-part reinforced concrete retaining wall system. The 20 cm thick retaining walls are made of waterproof, polymer fiber-reinforced C35 concrete. Between the three retaining walls, there is a mixture of 20-50 gravel and topsoil in a 2/3 - 1/3 ratio. Under the retaining walls, there is a 50 cm thick 20-50 gravel bed. There is a reinforced concrete fence foundation along the two non-street-facing sides of the plot. The fence has not yet been constructed on the street front, so the car driveway and personal entrance are still adjustable.
