Two Homes, One Extraordinary Lifestyle
A Hidden Sanctuary in the Hills of Southern Hungary
Some places are simply properties. Others become part of your story.
Nestled among the rolling hills and forests of Southern Hungary, in the enchanting village of Püspökszentlászló, lies a unique estate where nature, creativity and everyday comfort come together in perfect harmony.
Set on a beautifully landscaped 4,264 m² hillside property stretching to the edge of the forest, this exceptional estate comprises two independent homes with a combined living space of 285 m². It offers a rare opportunity for those seeking tranquility, artistic inspiration, multi-generational living, or a retreat from the increasingly fast pace of modern life.
The Country House – A Home for Creativity and the Soul
The original village house has been lovingly renovated while preserving its authentic character and warm atmosphere.
Sunlight fills the spacious living areas, creating inviting spaces for family life, quiet reflection, or creative work. A comfortable study provides an ideal home office, while upstairs, a large artist’s studio offers inspiring views and abundant natural light throughout the day.
Two additional rooms can serve as guest accommodation, hobby spaces, or private retreats.
A traditional masonry stove with integrated water-heating fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere during the colder months, while underfloor heating ensures everyday comfort.
One of the propertys most treasured features is the secluded terrace adjoining the studio—a peaceful place for morning coffee, reading, painting, writing, or simply listening to the sounds of nature.
The Modern House – Comfort, Functionality and Privacy
Built in 2002 using Ytong construction and enhanced with custom-made wooden details and extensive built-in furniture, the second residence combines practicality with timeless elegance.
The bright living and dining area flows naturally into the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering and entertaining.
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms provide exceptional flexibility for family members and guests alike.
Direct access from the spacious garage, generous storage solutions and carefully designed interiors ensure comfort in every season.
Additional features include a wine cellar, extensive storage areas and a Finnish sauna with a dedicated relaxation space.
A Garden Designed by Nature
Outside, the property continues to impress.
Evergreen trees, flowering plants, herbs and medicinal plants create a garden that changes beautifully throughout the seasons.
A fenced upper section offers opportunities for gardening, small-scale farming or creating a self-sufficient lifestyle.
Fruit trees provide seasonal harvests, while the propertys private woodland offers both privacy and a sustainable source of firewood.
From many points on the estate, breathtaking panoramic views stretch across the surrounding hills and forests.
Sustainable Living with Modern Independence
The estate has been thoughtfully equipped to support an environmentally conscious lifestyle and low operating costs.
Features include:
 Heat-pump heating system
 Solar power installation
Private high-yield drilled well with water purification system
 Low maintenance requirements
High degree of energy and water independence
Together, these elements create a property that is both comfortable and remarkably self-sufficient.
