As part of the standard fittings, each room will be equipped with a Fan-COIL system with cooling and heating air conditioning, which also operates from the heat pump, ensuring that outdoor units do not need to be installed on the facades of the buildings. The staircases will be temperate heated, and garages will have separate electricity meters. Each building will also be prepared for solar panel installation. Soundproofing wall structures will be built between the apartments and between the staircase and the apartment, with sound insulation layers installed beneath the ceiling slab. Where necessary, soundproof gypsum or Ytong partitions will be designed in front of these soundproof walls. The corridors leading to the apartments will be located away from the staircases, and the lifts will not be adjacent to the apartments. Interior Design: Each apartment type has a unique interior design plan, covering furnishings, the placement of electrical switches and sockets, bathroom fittings and tile layout, and the overall unique atmosphere and design.
